Soap stars as guests on other shows part 5

John Aniston (Victor) played the commentator on an episode of The West Wing during a presidential debate between incumbent Pres. Jed Bartlet and Rob Ritchie, the Republican governor of Florida (who was played by James Brolin). Was wonderful hearing his voice lob questions at Martin Sheen and James Brolin.

Last night on Buzzr (game show network), Super Password. Looked up the year:1986. Betty White was between seasons on Golden Girls. Her competitor: Charles Shaughnessy, a very, very handsome 31-year-old actor introduced as Shane Donovan on Days, to a nice amount of applause from the audience. Bert Convy asked him about his character, and he said something like: "My character is involved in an on-and-off relationship with Kimberly Brady." Some more applause. He was a newbie to the game show and really starting to get recognized for Days. For a game show newbie, he did quite well.

Stacy Haiduk (Kristen) played a looney cop on The Profiler. A strong performance.
A perfect role for Stacy Haiduk. She has plenty of experience playing a loony character.

Brandon Barash (Stefan/Jake) played the recurring role of Detective Robby Oderno on Major Crimes.
Greg Rikaart (Leo) had an arc in Major Crimes playing a lawyer. He also appeared on The Closer as a lawyer.
"Leo" as a lawyer? Maybe ReRon could have him get a quickie law degree from Salem University School of Law. He'd probably do a better job for his clients than inept Justin and bumbling Belle.

Jason, "lost cat" and "ice cube" says it all about "hot-for-Rafe" Carrie. She and Sloan are the bottom of the Salem legal barrel. A fast talker like Leo, armed with a little legal knowledge, would run rings around the likes of those two.

Did he have the mustache?
