Oh boy! Was I misinformed! I thought all Salemites were born with their degrees. I'm shocked they had to wait 8-12 weeks after high school.
 
Doubt it, he is a happy man having his Nicole & Holly back. However, Hope & Doug don't look all that happy, so could be just a moment in time.....Maybe he looks like he is smiling.....but really isn't. Or he could be telling them both not to give up yet, there is always hope. :)
