Alice Grayson married Thomas Horton in the past before we ever met either of them. They had 5 children, Mickey, Bill, Marie, Tommy, Addie. Those children had grown to adulthood, before we met them. Admittedly, I am not sure of their backgrounds.I know there are Day 1 viewers here, who know it all. Marie somehow fell in love with Tommy, not knowing he was her brother, (no sex) and joined the convent when she discovered it. Bill got around, fathered Jennifer, Lucas. (Laura, then Kate are the mothers) Addie was paired up with Doug Williams, they had Hope. But first Addie was paired with Ben Olson, and had Julie. Was something else when Doug had affair with Hope's mother, while courting Julie.
Mickey married Maggie, adopted Melissa, then had Sarah.
 
Julie has a brother, too. Last seen in Oakdale (just kidding, he was last seen fencing goods in Salem, but his portrayer appeared as Cass Winthrop on Another World and As the World Turns).

Bill fathered Mike with Laura, although he was drunk and didn't remember raping Laura. Laura was married to Mickey, who was Mike's legal father.
Tommy had a daughter, Sandy, last seen in the 1980s as a doctor.

I believe Doug dumped Julie because she wanted to take David on their honeymoon.
 
You are right......Maggie conceived Sarah via artificial insemination with Neil Curtis as the donor.
 
Yes, Neil Curtis is Sarah's biological father. Since Mickey was sterile, Maggie said she wanted to experience giving birth to a child, so she became a surrogate mother. The father was Evan Whyland. After giving birth, Maggie couldn't part with Sarah, so she and Mickey agreed to fight for custody. In the end, Evan decided Sarah would be better off with a mother and father, instead of being raised by a single man, and relinquished custody and his parental rights to Maggie and Mickey.

Later, Days decided to retcon the storyline and said that Neil Curtis substituted his sperm for Evan Whyland's during the insemination process (because he thought Evan was a disgusting person).
 
Speaking of siblings, Hope also has a younger half-brother, Dougie LeClair. It's a long story, but Doug is Dougie's father. He lives in France with his adoptive father, Robert LeClair.
 
And we have the Brady's as well. And thus the twists of so many lives intertwined by blood, or adoption. Shawn & Caroline Brady were married, had 4 children when we met them. Roman, Kimberly, Kayla, and then Bo (full name was Beauregard) who turned out to be the result of an affair Caroline had with Victor Kiriakis. Kimberly married Shane Donovan, and eventually moved to Calif. gave birth to daughter Jeannie, who grew up, changed her first name to Theresa, returned to Salem, married Brady, gave birth to son Tate, then went back to CA. Kim & Shane also had a son, Andrew......but we never hear about him. (Until some headwriter decides to bring him to life, we probably won't either)

Kayla married Steven "Patch" Johnson, they had 2 children, Stephanie & Joey.

Roman was married to Marlena, they had daughter Carrie, & twins Sami & Eric. (Tho John spent many years raising them, as Roman was kidnapped & held elsewhere.

Bo married Hope, she gave birth to Zack, who died, and to Shawn, and Ciara.

Max & Frankie Brady were adopted by Shawn & Caroline as teens. Both are no longer in Salem.
 
AND the crock-o-bull storyline of Maggie and Mickey freezing Maggie's eggs in hopes of having a child later, and one of those eggs was stolen and produced Daniel, from a procedure that didn't even exist when he was born. :rolleyes:
 
Yes, Anna is Carrie's mother. Anna and Roman were married years before he met Marlena. Long story, but Anna was presumed dead while pregnant with Carrie (from a boating accident). She sent Carrie to Salem when she was about 4-5 years old to be with Roman, before coming to Salem herself.

With Kate as their mother, but that Marlena carried and gave birth to.
 
That all was such a screwed up ridiculous storyline, The writers back then fell in love with weird ways to get pregnant, for sure.

And then we have the Kiriakis clan. Victor did father Bo, but I think he is Vic's bio only child. Justin was the son of Vic's brother, and Sonny is HIS son. Justin married Adrienne Johnson (Steve's sister), there were other boys who had been adopted, and are who Sonny refers to as his brothers. (And Jack Deveraux is brother to Steve & Adrienne......married Jennifer Horton, daughter of Bill & Laura Horton). Xander is another son of a brother of Vic's, who also has come under Victor's care.

And, of course, we cannot leave out Stefano DiMera's offspring, can we. All with different mothers, hard to keep track, so hope those with better memories than me will help here. Let's see.......an affair with Vivian Alamain led to the twins Stefan & Jake. Her manservant, Ivan gave both away but she found Stefan (whom Gabi eventually married, but he died taking a bullet meant for his mother, Vivian, by Detective Lani. ) When Jake turned up looking exactly like Stefan, Ivan admitted there had been twins. (Fans loved Stefan, & the actor, so the writers thought up the unknown twin so they could bring the actor back). Stefano also fathered EJ, via Susan Banks (and that story is so far fetched is hard to describe). Susan was enamored of Elvis, Stefano dressed up like him, got Susan drugged a bit by Dr. Rolf, and managed via insemination or something, to impregnate her. EJ stands for Elvis, Jr. Stefano also fathered Lexie, Abe's wife, who died. He also fathered Renee' DuMonde, Megan Hathaway, Benji Hawk (that was tragic story, Loved Benjy & the Hawk family). Then there was Chad.....Mother was Madelyn Peterson.

And of course he raised Kristen & Peter Blake, who some say were adopted, but I only remember Stefano being guardian. However, Kristen decided in her 40s to take the DiMera name.

EJ fathered Johnny DiMera, Sydney DiMera by Sami Brady.

Sami also gave birth to Will Horton, & Allie Horton via Lucas. Allie is Johnny's twin. Yep Sami got around as well.
 
Oops, almost forgot Tony & Andre' DiMera. Tony's mother was Daphne DiMera, and supposedly Stefano. However, she revealed much later the gardener was actually his father. However, Stefano raised him as his own. Now Andre was his nephew, and for a storyline purpose, Stefano had him undergo plastic surgery to look exactly like Tony.Thus Andre was the bad guy, Tony was mostly the good one.

Victor was also the dad to Isabella and Philip with Kate. Isabella gave birth to Brady before she died. Thus, Victor is Brady's grandfather.
 
You know, I remembered Isabella, but not that Vic fathered her. And had forgotten (and now remember) that Viv managed to swipe Kate's fertilized egg and get it implanted in herself, wanting to tie herself to Vic pretending Phil was her child by him. Thanx, Jen.
As I mentioned, the twisting together of all these families is unreal, makes it difficult to know/remember who is related to who!
