Vindictive Sami

Sami has made her bed so let her sleep in it...but I do understand where Sami is coming from...Junior has been lying to her from the first day she knocked on his door and still yesterday in jail. Sami has been putting up with this for 8 years. Sami/Rafe were going to get married after Gabi's wedding, then Rafe hurt Sami's feeling by sticking up for his sister so Sami goes off the deep end, Lucas didn't.want her, Rafe didn't want her, but 3rd choice junior was waiting in the wings, and she fell for his line lock, stock, and barrel. Then a few months ago she finds out junior betrayed their love and commitment for each other, I'm not defending nor do I feel sorry for Sami, but I understand where she is coming from!
 
Vindictive Sami would be more believable if she had some kind of leg to stand on when it came to faithfulness while in a relationship and if the people around her weren't being written as complete wimps. EJ reaching out begging through the bars of his cell yesterday didn't make her seem powerful and in control, it only made him seem like more of a failure. Abby's sexcapades and verbal sparring with EJ rivaled Sami's but yet she's only able to boo-hoo under Sami's time-honored tradition of huffing and puffing while shouting vulgarities.
 
Sami having known for weeks and weeks as she said to EJ just doesn't add up for me. I'd have to go back and watch some. I thought when she saw the picture that she already knew, just not sure when and how she found out. That fact that EJ is still in jail is ridiculous. It's tax evasion, he would be out on bail in no time. Today was good though, finally something really happening but Sami has done so many bad things she can't really scream at Abby for her "little indiscretion" :wink:.
 
Here is what I like for how Sami got that picture. It was sent to her by Percy. Retaliation for EJ unceremoniously putting him on a plane with a one way ticket to some remote area in England. EJ forced Percy to leave a cushy well paying job in the U.S.
He could do nothing as he was being escorted NOW. So it would really be KARMA for Percy to return the favor, and send the picture.

Yes, I know, tis only my fantasy, but EJ really deserves to spend 20 years or more behind bars. It just is great that he gets exposed for a few of his schemes.

As to Sami, she, at least, has been behind bars, nearly was put to death, and while she has pulled a lot of stunts herself, she has also suffered at the hands of others.
I really felt she was much harder on Abby than she was on EJ....yet she knows how charming and manipulative EJ can be, she herself fell for it time and again. I don't blame her for wanting to get back at those she felt wronged her. I really hope that EJ suffers more though, for all the reasons others have mentioned, those "swept under the rug" things.

She has known for awhile, we just don't know exactly when she found out or how she got her own copy of the picture. When we (the viewers) saw her with the picture for the first time (the day she had Abby & EJ in the garden, planning the wedding), it was obvious she had known for sometime and that wasn't the first time she was seeing the picture.
 
Today she told Abby and Jennifer that she had other pictures and "even a little video"......I guess maybe the video is from the security cameras Sami mentioned??
 
I actually found Jen to be tolerable today, I liked her being supportive of Abby and not judgmental, aside from the shock of you thought you were pregnant by EJ DiMera!! which was really believable.

I'm all for Sami being mad, yelling, even hating Abby - but I feel whatever she gives Abby she needs to give greater by a factor of 12 to EJ. And I also think that she should be twice as mad at herself as at EJ, because she should have known better.

I'm not much for people in Salem sanctimoniously telling others "I TOLD YOU SO," but I do feel there should be a line of them in the HTS waiting to tell Sami, "I TOLD YOU SO!!!" including Eric, Marlena, Roman, Lucas, Rafe, Kate, heck even Jamie Caldwell and the ghost of Nick Fallon.

If I could LIke this statement 10,000 times I would!

I think the other thing to remember here is that this is not an ongoing affair, regardless of EJ and Abigail's feelings for one another. They had sex 3 times, 2 of which happened on the same day. They have not had sex since the 1st week in February, 5 months ago. I'm not condoning it but both characters, especially Abigail, have shown remorse and regret about this. It wasn't like they just got together and said "Let's hurt Sami". There was nothing vindictive about it. The other thing to remember is that Sami and EJ were not in a good place in their relationship at the time of the affair. Now that is NOT an excuse for EJ to stray however, at the same time, it does make the affair somewhat believable and realistic.

My point with all of this is that Sami is way over the top with her behavior right now, especially given everything else EJ has done.

Yes, I cannot wait for this to implode in her face and I'm sure Stefano will make sure that it does.
 
I have no problem with vindictive Sami. I think Sami's main target will be EJ. EJ is still in jail because he is considered a flight risk (the Dimera jet, passports). One of the reasons Sami is so angry is because she is mad at herself. Sami stupidly agreed to a clean slate with EJ, gave him a chance (who know why), and EJ ruined her life again. Even when they aren't at war with each other, EJ ruins Sami's life. He's been doing it for eight years, and it is way past time that Sami put EJ down for good.
