EJ/Nicoe/Sydney/Johnny at Java Cafe
EJ, Nicole, Sydney and Johnny are sititng. The kids are coloring. EJ says he told Allie that Johnny was at the museum today and saw dinosaurs. Johnny wants him to tell her which ones and to tell her about Aunt Taylor. What about her? About how pretty she is Johnny says. Nicole says you think she is pretty huh? Yes I do, don't you daddy? EJ flashes back to their kiss. Johnny says Daddy, you stopped texting Allie, what are you thinking about? EJ comes to and Nicole says yeah, what are you thinking about? He was just trying to think about how best to described Aunt Taylor to Allie. I am not good at doing that. Johnny thinks that she is pretty. Yeah, he said that, anything else. Nicole says fun. Nicole switches her seat with Sydneys. She sits beside EJ and asks him if he notices how often he does that? Does what? Changes the subject when they talk about Taylor. Can he tell her why he still doesn't like her. EJ doesn't know. Why doesn't she like him? Because he is blunt, arrogant and bossy and she gets why she doesn't like him but she is so sweet. What is this thing he has about her. He doesn't have a thing for her.,..he trails off and tells Nicole to bring Sydney to the bathroom because she is fidgeting and needs to go. He really doesn't want to talk about her does he? There is nothing to talk about he says. Nicole takes her away. Johnny forgot to tell EJ something that he wanted to tell Allie. What is that? How he can fight now. Rafe2 taught him how. Did he? He is so cool Johnny says. He is so cool. Even cooler then he used to be. Text her and tell her how fun Rafe2 is!
Jennifer/Daniel in the Waiting Room/Nurses Station
Jennifer is cleaning up in the waiting room at the hospital. She is still there Daniel asks? She is volunteering these days. Was he looking for her? Yeah, he has a proposition for her. There is a job opening in the PR department and he thinks she would be good at it. Lexie agrees. She is the perfect candidate. Journalism and PR is not the same thing she tells him. She would be helping people. Oh, this is him and Lexie trying to help poor little Jennifer and her muddled life. No he says. She tells him that He put her heart back in the right place and that is all that she needs from him. Thank you. So she is just going to go on candy striping? Is this because she is a Horton? No, Lexie thinks she is tenacious and he thinks that she is a pain in the butt! Whatever works. What does she say? Jennifer sees Carly and talks about possibly doing the PR for the Hospital. They joke around for a minute and Daniel enters and Carly leaves. He is off duty Jennifer asks him? Yeah. She wants more details about the job. He will get the job description, press releases and email them to her. Better yet she says, her computer is broken so if he could come by her house and drop them off, that would be great. He says he doesn't have any plans he tells her. She says lets see how she can change that.
Rafe/Doctor at the Mental Asylum
Stefano is on the phone. His friend is setting in with no problems? It flashes to Rafe sitting in a completely white room, with white clothes on and a Doctor in white. He is sitting on his white bed with his hands cuffed behind him. So far the doctor tells Stefano. They are keeping a close eye on him right? No signs of recognition? No, but he will keep him posted. Not necessary. He only wants to be informed if there is a problem. Yes sir. There had better not be any problems he tells the doctor. Rafe asks where he is. A mental ward the doctor tells him. Why ? Because he can't remember who he is. Is he going to get better? Not on this doctor's watch. The doctor says that Rafe was very cooperative and earned the first of many stars required for privleges at the institution. Only 99 more to go. Rafe knows what he wants. That he stop saying we when he means him. Star removed. He needs to be very careful how he deals with him. Can Rafe say utterly dependant? Repeat it. Rafe repeats it with a half smile on his face. Behavior modification the doctor says. He humiliates Rafe to make him completely obedient to him. He modifies his behavior. They are in a long term relationship and it is important their roles are clear. Rafe asks if he is ever getting out of there? The doctor says probably not alive. We see Rafe trying to pick the handcuffs with what appears to be a piece from the fork that was used to feed him. It works. Would you look at that? Rafe pulls out the safe house key. He knows this is the key to his whole life. And he knows how to pick locks, well, it is a start he tells himself. He hears someone coming so he puts his cuffs back on. The doctor comes in and asks if everything is alright in there. Yes sir Rafe says.
EJ/Stefano at the DiMansion
EJ is getting a drink. Stefano sees he is in a lovely mood. Ej tells him if he is bad company, maybe he should try to replace him with someone else. EJ is furious that Stefano did this and now Johnny is like a pied piper and sugar ray Leonard. Johnny likes him? Johnny thinks he is cool. Oh dear Stefano says and EJ immediately asks what else happened? He tells him about the seizure and why he did it. He tells Ej that Sami knows something is wrong. SHe is very suspicious. Just peachy EJ says. They have to get this man off the planet as soon as possible. NO way! Absolutely not EJ says. They need to slow down the operation. Stefano wants to speed it up. IF Rafe2 divorces her then Sami is going to think that it is because of what is going on in his head. His medical condition. She is going to forgive him, not hate him. Rafe2 says he can handle that. Really? EJ says he is after all a genius. He is a disaster. He goes off about Johnny liking him and ending up liking him more. Stefano asks EJ if he thinks that threatening him is a good idea. Stefano thinks he is unbalance but he has to be on top of his game. It shows Rafe in the room being fed by the doctor. He should eat his broccoli. Rafe wants to feed himself. No he cannot do that. Maybe if he is good then the doctor can get permission some hands free time time he says. Rafe says permission from whom? Don't ask questions. Maybe they can talk about the painting lessons he promised him? After all, what is life without a little creative expression? Stefano tells EJ that Chad was over there. Stefano thinks he has made progress in getting him to move in there with them. Wonderful EJ says. Stefano wants to know when their other house guests are moving out? When Faye gets better and he has no idea if or when that is going to happen. Tell Nicole to speed things up. The sooner they are out of there the better things will be around there. That is the best idea EJ has heard of all day.
