Ava and Harris meet in secret.
EJ messes with Stefan about the drug bust.
John covers with Marlena about his evening with Konstantin.
Stephanie opens up to Kayla about Everett.
Paulina and Abe tell Chanel and Johnny that her surgery has been moved up.

Steve and John talk about John’s encounter with Konstantin.

Why in the world would Chad and Everett think going to see Clyde will do anyone any good? Chad takes too many chances in my opinion lately, perhaps he thinks he can't get hurt, and neither can his kids get hurt by any of the "bad guys"?

You weren't around when Diana Colville and Benjy's granddad were waving pagodas in John's face and turning him into a drone who did their bidding? Dumb then. Dumb now. But it's consistent dumb

Xander is clearly the shooter but no way has he gone bad. He has to be working with the cops to fake out Clyde

I just don't think that's the narrative. I think we will be led to think it's real then find out in flashbacks it was a set up to fool the bad cop.

Either way, Xander is making eyes at Sarah by Friday. He'd be guilt ridden if he actually had shot a cop.
