Those who saw Wendy debut on Beyond Salem saw a no-nonsense young woman with the guts to leave Alaska to make a better life for herself, despite being held back by her father and brother. The character was destroyed. I can't see Tripp actually leaving Ava to go to China and believe Wendy will go solo. Maybe, down the road, we will see her again. Victoria Grace (Wendy Shin) deserved a better story line and character development. I wish her well in her career and hope to see her in other shows.

Totally agree about Wendy. They’ve turned her into a character with no independent goals. She’s just a sidekick to her brother or boyfriend. They’ve ruined her. I wish Tripp would go with her. He’s about as interest as a slow-growing fungus. Another character who used to be interesting.
