Looks silly, to me, and not stylish at all. Haven't seen anyone wearing anything remotely close to whatever that is Sarah has on.

now I have seen someone with a blouse or shirt, and a sweater over it, but not with frilly puffy ruffles, hanging down a foot or more below the sweater. The sweater would cover the entire thing......unless a cardigan, which might show an inch or so of the blouse are the bottom.

I have a bunch of young cousins (in their 20s and early 30s) and I've seen them wear this type of shirt combo. That's the only reason I knew it was a fashion thing.

And by the time your cousins get to be 50, they will be looking at photos of themselves in those getups, and giggle & laugh at how they can't believe they wore those outfits, they looks so ridiculous. LOL
