Cox Subscribers/Peacock Deal

That's strange what person at Cox told you.

You might check with iTunes and see if Peacock is part of the subscription.
 
I did contact Apple Support. They said they have no record of a Peacock subscription associated with my Apple ID, which I confirmed on my iPhone under the subscription settings.

All I do is go to Peacock and use the voice on my remote and say "Days of Our Lives". It will find it. All I do is go right for "Episodes". The next screen shows them all. Just click down to the one you want.

I guess I am very naive, but I have never heard of Cox until I read this stuff today!
 
Being this is on my desktop computer, I do not have a remote, just a keyboard. Thus, no voice ability.

I believe Cox is a cable service
