The show was mostly pre-empted in NY due to snowstorm coverage (only saw first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes), and we are due for more snow on Wednesday and again on the weekend, so I expect there will be more interruptions during the week. It is frustrating, to say the least. :cry:
 
Poirot - Thank you for posting entire episode, will watch later.

Regarding the snowstorm coverage, most of the people to whom the concerns are being directed are out in the storm already, not sitting at home watching TV. A news crawl would be as effective. Can do without the press conference.

I assumed that was Daniel's apartment, too, since Brady stole the key, but it didn'g look exactly like Daniel's apartment. Maybe it was the angle. Could it have been Titan's corporate suite?

I liked the back-and-forth between Theresa's drink temptation and JJ's weed temptation. I hope JJ strays strong. Theresa is Theresa's own worst enemy.

When the doorbell rang, JJ should have had Bev and Rory hide somewhere, as he is not supposed to be seen with them. Adrienne will likely mention that she saw them when she was at the house. Foolish for JJ to just let them stand there in plain view.:confused:
 
I had to go looking for a full episode since I had missed a lot, and knew those in the New York area had also missed the same. With no more soapnet, it is rather difficult.

That mayor said Tues. nite (so yeah, will probably be Wed.) and then the weekend. But, with the heavy snowfall today, there will probably be interuptions tomorrow. I honestly will do the best I can. I know New York News stations do pre-empt a lot for weather. My local station airs an hour later, so...however it works out, will try and post a little note if I have to have the summary up later. (Not too sure with this being sweeps month if pre-emptions will go over too well. :) )
 
Just watched video...that was definitely Daniel's apartment where Brady is hiding out.

Loved Victor's barbs against Nick which he muttered audibly under his breath, with Maggie giving him hard glances. He doesn't see Nick with the rose-colored glasses Maggie wears.

All things considered, EJ has every reason to be irritated. Usually, his partner in crime is Stefano, a cool-headed veteran of nefarious doings. Now, he's working with screechy Sami, hysterical Gabi, and the annoying Ms. Blue Chunk. In the past, he's had such worthy opponents as Rafe, Lucas, and Bo Brady. Now he's dealing with Nick, somebody he must regard as an annoying gnat just waiting to be swatted. And if he didn't have enough problems, EJ also has to put up with Abigail, who is either tossing self-righteous accusations at him and panting with lust and reaching for his belt buckle. Much more of this and EJ will be longing for a long vacation in Alamania or some other location far, far away from annoying Salemites.

I completely agree and I hope she does so soon. The way this story will continue to work and provide angst for Abby/EJ is for Abby to be at odds with her family over EJ. She'll be continually drawn to him while everyone else is against it. Unlike Marlena and Caroline who suddenly think it's ok for Sami to be with EJ.

I don't think Caroline and Marlena are fine with Sami and EJ being together. They simply don't care anymore. They know Sami doesn't listen to anyone and have given up on the lost cause.
 
I saw the show live today. The Abigail-EJ flirtation was delicious!! EJ's "Abigail...if?" was so cute! Plus, his lines about Percy had me :rotfl:. I haven't enjoyed him this much since he was with Nicole. I also like that since sleeping with EJ, Abigail has gotten more of a backbone. While there may be better ways to handle it, I love that she stood up to Adrienne and held her ground. It was fun to watch.

Brady and Theresa...not interested. Sorry. The storyline is boring and goes nowhere. Brady's such an idiot and Theresa annoys the heck outta me.

I like seeing JJ interacting with his friends.

No Sami or Jennifer today is a plus, and we got to see Maggie & Victor.

I enjoyed Gabi, Sonny and Kate in the show today. But Percy and Nick still bother me.
 
:OT: Maybe the mayor of NYC wanted to make sure people would be careful after what happened in Atlanta last week. :back:


Interesting to see EJ in one of the peeper spots at the hospital. EJ had some
funny lines today.

I'm glad JJ has friends. I guess Adrienne will tell someone who he was
with today.

I thought it was funny Anne caught Theresa trying to sneak out while at work :)

Interesting ending where they went back and forth between scenes with Theresa
and Brady offering her a drink. Rory trying to get JJ to smoke pot.

I'm glad we finally know the name of the "bird watcher" This was the first day
closed captioning had his name. The other days he was on there wasn't a name.
 
I just watched the entire episode. EJ and Victor did have some funny lines today!

I noticed that Jennifer's office is a new set now. Anne's office seems to have taken over her old set. Funny how both Jennifer and Anne have assistants but neither of them seems to have their own desk. :rolleyes:

Where exactly is Justin? And why couldn't he just call or text JJ himself? After all he went through with Sami's trial, now it's ok for Adrienne to be involved in a case?!? I bet the lawyer he was referring to was Aiden. Though I had thought EJ would end up handling it.

Funny how Abigail seemed to have lost her sweater between the hospital and Sonny's.

Did not enjoy the very dark ending with JJ and Theresa being tempted. The show has enough darkness with Nick and Stefano.
