How many episodes will Days of Our Lives have when it moves to Peacock? They telecast over 200 a year on NBC, Monday through Friday, but how many episodes will they stream? –Janis
Fear not, the format and frequency of episodes won’t change with the sudser’s Sept. 12 relocation to Peacock.

Oh this will work out just SO well for viewership and viewer satisfaction! Sure seems they learned their lessons, I am so relieved.

Well crap. Now I found something else I want to watch on Peacock premium. Worth $60 not sure yet.

I'd be surprised if they do 240+ a year after the end of the current contract. Especially if they don't change the pace of production.
dreaming and not facing facts...... maybe..... the move to peacock will allow for more money and they can slow down the production pace and we could get some outside of the studio shots.....

No, it won't. When I was in L.A. I visited the studio. They can just step outside the bldg and have sidewalk shots. Directly across the street is a park! Trees, green grass, etc. So, no sets, just take the camera across the street. For whatever reason, they no longer will use the outdoors, except to fake it up indoors. They even had a store window they used to be different businesses back then. You know, clothing store, jewelry store. The movie theater, I believe NBC decided they wanted to use the space for something or other unrelated to Days, so they lost the easy access, & it all went indoors.

Late-breaking news, presidential press conferences, golf, tennis, Olympics...no, they would not interrupt streaming. BUT, as you said, Jason, who knows?
