Can't say I liked much of the what went on today in Salem. Jade & Claire are talking of Claire not getting any action or followers on the Internet. Jade reminds Claire she suggested a way to increase her following, Claire gets indignant, would never ever do a sex tape. Jade comments that she could say the Russians hacked it or something, but Claire doesn't like the idea of her followers even thinking she would ever even make one. Jade goes upstairs, Theo comes in, he has put together some $$$ and rented the same room at the Salem Inn for them. He wanted to make up for not telling her he had set up Ciara & Wyatt. He gives her the card to swipe the door lock, is going for an interview for summer job, will meet her there. Claire is all happy, will go pack some stuff, see him later. Theo leaves, Claire goes into another room, Jade comes down, having heard all, grabs the key, says Claire will thank her later. She goes to the room, sets up a hidden camera, tells herself how the video will go to her phone, and she will post it, then has a fantasy of Claire & Theo all giddy & happy at being sudden celebrities, rock stars. Claire is getting her own realty show, line of lingerie, thanks Jade and declares her now her best friend. Daydream ends, Jade smiles.....calls Tripp, sorry she has not been in contact, has been working on a project.
At the cop shop, Hope & Rafe are talking of the Halo case, of JJ & Lani returning "today", of there being more cases of folks affected by it, a hooker came into a bar, really out of it. Lucas has called, Gabi has not come for Arianna who is wondering where her mommy is. They get busy, learn the plane has not landed yet. They go to see Victor, does he know anything.
Victor, meanwhile, has called Deimos in, who is still denying everything to do with Brady, Nicole, Xander. Victor doesn't buy it, knows better, Deimos continues to deny, Victor tells him he knows better. They talk about the board ousting Deimos, Rafe & Hope arrive, the Titan plane has not arrived. Vic gets on the phone, yep, it has disappeared about an hour and half from Athens. Vic gets people working on it. Rafe gets on Deimos's case, Hope gets inbetween to call a halt, Deimos protests he was in cuffs when the plane left. He ends up sauntering out
On the island, Chad & Gabi are kissing, but break it off, talk of getting off the island, blah, blah.They need some food, (I missed a bit of this) evidently finds some peaches in a tree, manages to climb up to get some, but guess what? Yep, twists that same ankle again. Ooh, Chad has to carry her, puts her down, tears part of his shirt up to make a bandage of sorts. How nice, it feels better. She starts getting all uptight over being rescued, he tries to calm her down, along comes Eli. Nope, unable to fix the satellite phone, but notes the black box on the plane is constantly transmitting, so they will be found, once folks realize they are missing. Chad leaves to go find peaches.
Sonny is staring at his phone (which doesn't have a signal) as Paul comes along, talks of getting fish. Sonny is not hearing a thing, concentration elsewhere. He has this list of Titan stuff he wants to get done, yada, yada. Paul think Sonny is too wound up on Titan, and should concentrate on surviving here, so he will be able to do whatever, when they get back. He is going to cook the fish he caught (grampa taught him how), telling Sonny to try and find lemons. LOL. Sonny has a flashback of him & Paul "coming together" for the first time, smiles as he remembers. He takes off.
Paul gets busy with the fish, we hear a mosquito buzzing, Paul slaps his neck, comments that sucker meant business. Continues working, starts perspiring, takes off his shirt, gets worse. He hears Sonny calling his name, seems groggy as he calls out Sonny? Where are you? Sonny keeps calling "Paul, Paul". Then Paul gets up, evidently to looks for Sonny, as Sonny comes round the corner, a few lemons in hand, but Paul is gone.
Rafe is all upset, he cannot lose his sister, Arianna her mother. Hope gives him a pep talk, is sure all will be well, think positive, they will be found, believe.
Deimos is in the square, calls someone, wants production stepped up. He has more time now, so wants to concentrate on building up distribution of the Halo.
Eli sits with Gabi, talking of how he knows she still has these feelings for Chad. She doesn't deny, but claims they can never be together. Eli likes her, a lot, but knows she has these feelings still for Chad. Her turn for a flashback of being in the hospital, and telling Chad they have to say goodbeye, and he does. Eli though thinks she is unable really to move on, Chad is the only one for her. She admits it, yes, he is the one. She looks up, Chad stand there, peaches in hand. Eli gets up, is gonna go work on the phone. Chad just stares at Gabi, she at him, he drops the peaches, and is down on the ground with her, kissing passionately.
