Thank you Poirot, if not for these summaries, I would have no idea what was happening on Days. It is being preempted due to the fires happening.

It was a blotchy episode the way it was handled following the Thursday episode. I can't exactly see Chad manhandling Abby into a car forcefully, but I doubt he just left his gun with Ben Weston either, so I just assumed Chad had Abby at gun point.

Another thing that I caught that made no sense, the fact Gabi walks into the DiMera mansion literally as soon as Stefan leaves the room. I would assume Gabi isn't exactly as welcomed there just as much as Kate.

Oh my, if Chad held Abby at gunpoint, that's not something that would easily be forgotten. I'd have a hard time ever warming up to a man who'd do that to me. But then I'd also find it hard to get over one trying to have me committed.

I'm guessing scenes were cut showing how Chad got Abby to the cabin. Maybe they'll show up in flashbacks.
