I assumed that StefanO wasn't fighting back because Chad walloped him a good one on the first blow. I was a little taken aback by that first punch! After that, Chad got the upper hand and the higher ground, all at once, and StefanO wasn't in any position to put up a fight. Or at least, that's how I saw it.

Chad's uncontrollable anger seems to give him super strength. Between his violence and Abigail's mental problems causing her to do violent things, this family has a serious issue. Poor Thomas!
