Anne could also go work for Basic Black or Titan. HR is a very portable function.
I think the show is trying to push Jeannie Theresa into her age range (outside of Brady) and that's why we got the scene with Abigail. I'm guessing she, Abigail and Gabi will eventually all bond over being young and likely single mothers. Arianna and Tate are also cousins so it makes sense for them to socialize a bit. I'm ok with this approach but the scene with Anne seemed a bit much. They could have just showed Anne eavesdropping or watching while Jeannie T had lunch with the other girls.
