Replay of closing Monday scenes. Hope is adamant that Ben has taken Ciara. She insists he tell her where he has Ciara. Ben denies and denies, she doesn't believe. Then arrest me! He tells her he cares about Ciara, and if Hope is not going to look for her, he will. He says since her plane landed, she was on it, she needed a ride. Anyone meet her? Airport, parking lot? Hope is taken aback a bit, but still accuses him and will prove it.
He leaves, Ted asks Hope, what if Ben is telling the truth. Ted does believe Ben cares about Ciara. She evidently calls airport for security footage, is impatient when it takes too long to arrive. Meanwhile Ben spots a cop following him, tells him he knows Hope put the tail on him. Says he did not take Ciara, is going to his room, will stay there all night.
Jordan comes in, takes off Ciara's blindfold and gag, Ciara surprised to see her. Jordan blames everything on Ben, goes on and on about Ben being a danger to her. Ciara denies this, realizes she is in the same cabin as where Ben took care of her after her accident. Jordan rants about Ben nearly killing her, she denies this, Ben would never hurt me. Jordan just goes on and on, what Ben did to Abigail, to you & Chad, all of Salem. She mentions growing up with Clyde, how everyone in that house suffered, no wonder, no one could help, which is why now, it is up to her. Ciara stares, realizes it was Jordan who took her, tells her this. Jordan won't untie her, has to keep her safe there, now has to go to town, leaves. Ciara is yelling to her to untie her, then struggles with her bonds.
Eli & Lani are still rolling around in bed, talking of loving each other, their picnic, having a lovely time in their afterglow. Eli gets a call about a shooting at Doug's place....they both jump out of bed.
Julie is talking with Abby, about forgiving Chad. Abby tells of him being willing to give up DiMera company, the house, etc. Julie impressed. Abby not so much, thinks if they are back together, he will resent her for it. Like when she was pregnant with Charlotte, he was o.k. At first, then could not take it, left. Julie gets Abby to admit what really bugs her is how he believed Gabi over her. She worked so hard on her DID, therapy, etc. and he would not believe her that she was not sick. Julie points out that she forgave Gabi........no, she called a truce. That is all. She is not doing revenge, etc. But she has not forgiven her. Julie gets call about shooting at club, takes off.
Chloe is tending to Stefan, the thug comes to, shoots at them. Stefan takes a bullet in his arm, the guy stands, waving gun, going to kill Stefan, then have his way with Chloe before killing her. He comes up close, Stefan lunges, a struggle, down goes the thug, blood over his chest. Chloe is all scared, glad, etc. Stefan is brushing it off, somehow Eli & Lani arrive, Eli insisting Stefan to the hospital, Lani taking statement from Chloe. Eli has returned, eventually Julie arrives, talks to Eli, has to call Doug, tell him, guess the ins. company, too. She leaves.
Stefan is in bed at hospital, Chloe comes in. She got her mother to take the kids to New York where they will be safer, (the thug threatened her & her family, saying they will never be safe). She is thanking Stefan again, he keeps saying it was nothing, she insists it was. He comments how it is convenient at times to throw his father's name around.
Chad sits at the chess table, in comes Kate, (hate that blue streak). He really basically ignores her, doesn't want her there, she claims she talked to Mr. Shin, trying to convince him to change the co-CEO thing, he says done deal. They have a rather pointless conversation, wherein Chad tells of telling Abby he would step down, give it all up, while Kate is appalled, talks negatively of Abby. But Chad is adamant. Kate tries to blame Gabi, but he notes she aided and abetted, he lost his wife, his children his family and his position. He is matter of fact, tells her to leave or he will have security escort her. She gets some notice on her phone of the shooting at Doug's Place. Stefan injured. Chad doesn't even ask a question. When she says Stefan will be fine, he comments “too bad”. He again indicates she should leave.
Hope gets word, the airport security footage is here. She knows it will show Ben the culprit who took her daughter.
Ben calls Ciara, no answer, voice mail. He says he doesn't know where she is, but if anyone took her, he is going to find her, he promises.
Ciara is struggling, trying to reach her phone, she can see it says Message. Her fingertips just cannot reach. Almost, not quite.
Abby comes downstairs, knocking at door. She opens, surprised to see Jordan standing there.
