@kpatch, thanks for looking and letting me know I'm not losing it ... yet!:)

Since they haven't even shown Chez Rouge since sometime before Mickey died, I'm still curious if it was Philip (Jay) or the writers who slipped up (?)
 
Just because those places aren't shown doesn't necessarily mean they are no longer there. It's just like those offices that no one goes to anymore.
