The show begins with Hope, JJ & Lani discussing Rolf's confession, death by cyanide pill, and who was the mysterious person that ordered Rolf to revive Will. Hope assigns JJ & Lani to investigate who the person is who sent Rolf on this mission so they can find out the truth about Will.

At the mall, Gabi & Eli are discussing Sheila. She asks if there is "bad blood" between them, and Eli says at one time they were pretty tight. Gabi asks if she was his girlfriend and Eli replies she was a lot more than that to him.

In the park, a disheveled Bonnie is talking on the phone stating she has to get out of town. Sheila arrives and wants her cold hard cash. She tells Sheila she has to get out of town before she is sent back to Statesville and she better hope she doesn't take her too. Sheila asks if that is a personal threat?

Steve & Kayla continue to try and convince the warden that it is not Bonnie, but Adrienne, locked up in that prison cell. The warden tells Steve to prove it. Adrienne is crying in Justin's arms talking of how horrible it was to be locked in prison. She states 'it is over' and kissed Justin on the lips. A guard strides in telling them it is time to take 'Bonnie' back to solitary, but Justin contends he cannot take her anywhere.

Intro: and so are the Days of our Lives.

The guard tells Justin he has been nice to him up until now, but he is about to throw Justin out of the prison. Justin counters he will sue not only the guard, but the prison too if that happens. The guard states he will see what his supervisor thinks about all that while Justin tells him to do just that. The guard exits as Justin reassures Adrienne that she is 'free' and Steve/Kayla are right now explaining the entire scenario to the warden.

Back in the warden's office, he tells Steve that even he has to agree this story is hard to swallow. Steve counters if he doesn't believe them, then contact the Salem PD as he feels certain they have Bonnie in custody by now. Kayla breaks the news that according to Maggie's text, Bonnie got away from the cop shop again. The warden replies that is convenient. Steve tells the warden to take Adrienne's finger prints and that will prove she is not Bonnie, but the innocent one in this scheme. The warden states the prison does not perform finger print exams and declines to take her to the Salem PD for the testing. Steve counters how about a firsthand account? The warden asks from who and Steve replies Hattie Adams.

Back to Hope, JJ & Lani searching the room for proof of who Rolf's contact was this time. They are sorting through pottery, accessories, pillows, etc for the magic name. Hope is called away by another officer, as Lani is opening the contents of a briefcase. She tells JJ she just can't believe how Sami reacted to the events. She has emptied the brief case but still can hear something rolling around inside it. She then finds a tablet inside the lining.

Gabi & Eli continue talking. Eli tells Gabi that Sheila was like a sister to him. He grew up with her and brother Russell. Gabi asks in Baltimore? Eli states yes while his mother worked at the county hospital. She worked long hours and Eli became a latch key kid in that community. Eli says it was fun at first, but as they aged he ran into trouble a couple of times with the cops. The 'trouble' involved Sheila and Russell too Gabi guesses. Eli confirms it does.

In the park, Bonnie & Sheila continue to argue over who is owed what and who is at most risk of being caught. Sheila states she has not been paid by Henderson, but was being patient figuring Bonnie would pay her off once married to Victor. Bonnie chimes in that is what she thought would happen too, but now she is on the run. Sheila tells Bonnie she is 'dead wrong' if she thinks she leave town without paying her the money she is owed. She wants her money and she wants it now.

Adrienne and Justin continue talking. Adrienne tells Justin she was immediately thrown into solitary but maybe that prevented her from being beaten up by other prisoners. She also was declined a phone call so she had little options for help. She recounts how Hattie let her use a phone call, and she called Justin because she thought he was her last hope. But Justin says he didn't receive a phone call and Adrienne explains it was Bonnie who answered and promptly hung up on her. Justin apologizes for her being in this circumstance, but Adrienne reassures him it is not his fault. She relives Lucas yelling at her and hardly letting her speak when she reached him by phone. She tells Justin she understands Lucas being upset, but that he didn't sound like himself. He was filled with anger. Justin tells her Lucas relapsed, is drinking, especially after Justin & Bonnie got back together. He tells her how Maggie, Jennifer & Kate all tried to help Lucas while Adrienne softly cries "no, no". He then describes the intervention and Lucas' reply "to go to hell". Adrienne blames Bonnie but Justin adds it is about more than just what has happened to her. To her surprise, she asks what? It is about Will he states.

The warden is now speaking when Hattie interrupts the meeting with Steve/Kayla. She quickly responds she didn't do anything wrong. Steve asks her to calm down and tell the warden exactly what happened here at the prison. Kayla continues with a please, Hattie, we need to know. Hattie walks towards the warden stating "it all happened because of a woman named Anjelica Deveraux". The scene cuts to Hattie continuing her story until when the switch happened. Steve concludes with "and now you know the truth". The warden skeptically states it sounds like lies, deception, and doppelgangers? He ponders the next thing they will tell him is the "devil made you do it" to which Hattie replies Angelica could sure let you have it. When he asks where Anjelica Deveraux is now, both Hattie & Kayla state "she is dead". The warden shakes his head in disbelief remarking the meeting is over. He tells Steve he doesn't believe a single word of their story to which Steve tells him he is obligated to find the truth because he fell down on the job. Kayla stops Steve and tells the warden she wouldn't believe the story either if she was him in this case. It is over the top, Kayla admits, but it is the truth. To which the warden exclaims he is having a hard time believing all that. Kayla states she thinks she knows how to settle all this once and for all.

JJ is reviewing the tablet as Lani & Hope ask him if he can crack the code? No. Hope walks away stating she is calling the station to see if any one there knows how to open the password. JJ tells Lani he had a friend named Jason at Salem U who used his phone to unlock other students passwords. He wants to try the same.

Bonnie & Sheila are still arguing at the same spot in the park. Bonnie tells Sheila that she is trying to protect her because so far no one knows they are accomplices. She tells Sheila to roll over to other green pastures. Sheila states great idea but there is no green and she can't leave without it. Bonnie complains Sheila is not going to let this go to which Sheila explains he used her bus ticket from prison, and the money Bonnie gave her previously. Bonnie exclaims she doesn't know how she will even hail a cab when she ran out of the mansion with only the clothes on her back. She never wanted this to happen to herself, let alone Sheila. She asks Sheila if she doesn't have a friend who will help and Sheila replies she thought she did have a friend in Salem. But, no, she definitely does not have that person as her friend.

Switch back to Gabi & Eli continuing their talk. Eli states their actions weren't too bad, but still not the direction his Mom wanted his life to take. She scared him but the cops scared him straight. His Mom ordered Eli to stay far away from Sheila & Russell. When his Mom was transferred to another hospital, he never saw them again. They had moved on from petty theft to dealing drugs. Gabi asks if they were arrested and he states yes.

Kayla asks for swabs so she can take DNA sample of Steve & Adrienne to compare/prove they are related. The warden complains they do not have a lab to which Kayla sates Dr Thompson can send them to any lab he wants at absolutely no cost to the prison. She volunteers she will release Adrienne's medical records for their review so they can verify Adrienne had a double mastectomy, reconstructive surgery and is free from cancer and would have the scars to prove it. She closes her argument by stating Bonnie could not fake that even if she did try. Finally the warden agrees to the plan but warns them he still has a missing inmate. He charges Steve with finding/delivering the real Bonnie Lockhart or he will not release Adrienne from her cell.

Back to Adrienne & Justin discussing how hard this must be on Sonny. Adrienne remarks how he had just started to get his life back on track following Will's death, and now this happens? She asks Justin if he thinks it is possible that Will is alive. He replies not at first, but once he learned Dr. Rolf was alive he began to doubt. He tells her the Salem cop shop thinks it is possible as Dr Rolf has brought people back from the dead for Stefano in the past. Adrienne cries that her son and Lucas need her now and she should have been there for each of them. Justin tells her she will see them soon enough but his first priority is her release. He tells her they are stuck waiting until Steve & Kayla convince the warden who she really is and secure her release. He then tells her he has something else to say: what was that kiss about?

JJ tells Lani he was right in thinking Rolf's email password was the user i.d. of the cloud network. Lani offers maybe all the stats they have gathered will help them crack the password. He decides to try his birthdate, to which Lani adds a list of commonly asked security question answers to try next. Lani begins reminiscing about being stuck on the plane in Greece. Flashbacks. She states it was kind of romantic as JJ tries to break the password. Hope walks in as JJ gets a buzzer that they are locked out of the notebook. Hope orders an officer to take it back to the tech lab, but JJ asks for another minute to try one more option.

Gabi asks Eli if he was the one who arrested Sheila & Russell. He affirms he was the arresting officer. When assigned to the FBI was placed on a case involving a Chicago drug king pin. He went under cover and found both Sheila & Russel's photos in the file. They were pretty high up in the drug organization and Eli would have to testify against them if the time came for their arrests. He used their friendship - their trust - to break the case open for arrest of those involved. He received a promotion but they went to prison.

Sheila tells Bonnie she thought she was her friend. She tells Sheila has no money but Sheila wants her jewelry. Bonnie refuses to give her the pin because it was the last gift she has from Mickey Horton.

Back to Justin & Adrienne discussing the kiss. Adrienne tells Justin it was weird and he replies it was for him also. Steve & Kayla enter the room, hugs all around. Steve asks if anyone hurt her, and she replies never. She tells them how much she missed all her family members. She mentions Joey and Kayla breaks the news that he is prison. Steve explains he was covering for Joey killing Ava. Adrienne breaks down in more tears and frustration.

JJ has imprinted Rolf's fingerprint on adhesive tape and is using them in an attempt to break the password. Hope asks if he thinks it will work? Lani states it is brilliant. Bingo! It works and they have access.

Eli & Gabi continue their disussion. Eli states when he lost his job at the FBI he thought it karma because he had betrayed his childhood friends.

Sheila jokes with Bonnie that Mickey will not return from the grave asking for his pin back. Bonnie proclaims that is not funny. Sheila laughs.

Adrienne tells Steve she needs to make up for all the lost time with her loved ones. Kayla tells her they hit a snag with the warden and she needs to take a DNA sample to help prove her innocence. She explains the final decision of the warden was based on her plan. Justin is aggravated and Adrienne is frustrated and exhausted but they agree to the plan. Adrienne is afraid to be put back in solitary but Justin tells her he will stay with her until she is released. Hugs as Steve & Kayla leave with the sample. Adrienne & Justin agree that the kiss was just "an emotional moment" between them.

Eli & Gabi finish their conversation with him apologizing for going over his life story and Gabi affirming it just proves what she knew all along. Eli is a great guy with a good heart.

Back to Bonnie & Sheila. Sheila has the pin in her hand, sighs, and then tells Bonnie to catch it. She tells Bonnie 'we are good'. Bonnie asks if she is sure and Sheila tells her next time to not bite off more than she can chew. Smiles. Sheila asks where the cab will take Bonnie and she replies she is not sure. One thing she does know is that sooner or later her daughter Mimi will have to take her call. Hugs and parting smiles.

Steve & Kayla return to the prison. They must wait for the results they explain to Adrienne who is anxious to leave. Kaya tells her it takes 24-48 hrs for DNA test results. Adrienne is afraid to be left alone but Steve tells her she has her own private body guard. In walks Hattie!

Hope reviews bank records and discovers Rolf has been receiving monthly deposits in large sums. Hope asks if that is enough to know who is sending the funds - who hired Rolf? Lani says it will take time an JJ agrees. Hope says then we will find out if Will really is alive.

So annoying that Bonnie got away. This just leaves it open for her to come back one day and stir up trouble in Adrienne's name. Also didn't like how sort of "laid back" the warden was over the whole thing. Shouldn't an APB have been put out immediately?

Eli's connection to Sheila was kind of lackluster.

Brady obviously didn't go any farther than the end of the Kiriakis driveway to find Bonnie. Don't people in Salem know that everyone ends up in the park entrance?

If Bonnie isn't found, the prison is going to keep Adrienne so as not to mess up their numbers? Hopefully, the DNA test will straighten that out. I've never heard of a prison that doesn't keep fingerprints on file. But then again, this IS Salem. If hospitals, police departments and mental institutions don't follow any rules, why should a prison?

The Statesville gang: I kind of liked the fact that the warden didn't just immediately buy the switch story because it adds just a smidgen of realism to the proceedings. But I don't really get all the rigmarole with Adrienne's medical records and DNA swabs. I ask again, wouldn't a physical examination be sufficient enough to show that Adrienne had undergone medical procedures that Bonnie had not?

Eli/Sheila/Gabi: I agree with Just Samantha that Eli's connection to Sheila was a little lackluster but it was also what I expected. While it was clear that Eli felt guilty about something, I wasn't getting a real deep and dark vibe from it.

Nevertheless, I like Sheila and I'm interested to see where this goes. And I have to wonder if she sticks around for any length of time just how long it will before her deceased brother Russell appears?

So, Adrienne is still a prisoner? While I can see how the warden might roll his eyes when hearing this rather far fetched scenario.....Could Justin & Steve show the warden a pic of Adrienne? Justin probably has a wedding pic around someplace.

Since when are there no medical records, pics, fingerprints, etc. at a prison?

thanks, Noel, good job. I did not see the show, just too much going on today, tomorrow is going to be worse!

But, is all this just a way to stretch out story for the week? I mean, there is no record of Bonnie Lockhart having surgery recently, plus the prison has to have her blood type, etc. All prisons have a dr.....who could examine Adrienne and confirm her surgical scars, etc.

Cluelessness, delusions, and outright stupidity were on full display today.

Hope puts Lani and JJ on the Rolf-Will case? Anyone else would have left the investigation of Rolf's computer and financial transactions to the experts. Instead, ex-con Hope gives the job to two people who'd rather make eyes at each other than do police work.

Eli thinks childhood pacts ought to apply later in life? This would make him a perfect fit for the Salem P.D. where the ties of friendship and family mean covering up even serious crimes. Rafe, Hope, and Roman are prime examples of this.

Bonnie thinks she'll someday return to Salem? Since Jeremy Horton and Owen Kent escaped so easily, she probably will elude Hope's clueless cops, but she ought to rethink a return. After all, look what happened to Orpheus, Clyde, Xander, and Dr. Rolf after they dared to come back to Salem.

The warden playing hardball about Adrienne's release? This stupidity wins today's dunce cap. Sure, he shouldn't have just accepted Adrienne's story without proof, but to be so difficult about obtaining such proof was ridiculous. When this is over, Justin ought to sue the state, the warden, and the idiot guard for big bucks. He might also ask the Salem Intruder to run a scathing exposé. (Jenny's Spectator isn't up to the job.)

Noel, thanks for the summary. I don't think you missed anything.
Actually, you forgot one thing, Sami wasn't on today :)

I was shocked to hear the prison doesn't have fingerprints there.
And the warden didn't believe their Bonnie has a lookalike. Isn't
Hattie back in jail because what she did do her lookalike?

I'm glad we saw Hattie again. I'm enjoying her more than Marlena.

It's strange Victor isn't doing more to try to find Bonnie. Will he find
her and lock her away somewhere?

It was nice of Shelia to let Bonnie keep her brooch.

Thanks for the show. Ridiculous that the prison would keep Adrienne until Bonnie is located. I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Let Adrienne out already! This has dragged on long enough. I am glad Adrienne is all caught up now.

Eli's story was a bit far fetched and ridiculous. But I'm liking his friendship with Gabi.

Hope & JJ and Lani was the most interesting part of the show.

I got a little worried when Eli said Sheila was more than a girlfriend. I thought a wife!! No, like a sister. Good to get the story on them at least.

This Adrienne in prison thing is ridiculous! He's gonna keep her even if it is Adrienne so he's not short an inmate!! Please get her out tomorrow!!!

Hope they find something interesting in Rolf's tablet.

While in the park Sheila mentioned Bonnie was taking the rap for her daughter. What crime did Mimi commit?
