The serial killer rumor has been squashed by a reliable source over at Daytime Royalty who is much more connected than the people posting the rumor in the first place.

Yes, she's quite reliable, so based on what she has said, there will be no serial killer storyline.

Much as I dislike Claire, I wouldn't want to see her killed, so I'm glad that has been exposed as a rumor only. I wouldn't want to see any kind of a serial killer story either.

I was never a fan of Jordan but this kidnapping thing is disappointing to me. I hope Ben doesn't get blamed but he probably will be.
