On some browsers, the tab at the top of your screen shows a little 16x16 pixel hourglass icon next to the site name. Firefox and IE for the PC show it on my work pc, Firefox doesn't show it on the Mac. Seems to be browser and platform dependent.

I use Google Chrome.

I noticed it yesterday. I'm not sure how long it's been there
 
LOL, I use Firefox AND Chrome, both on desktop & laptop, and it has not showed up on either. How odd. Yes, latest versions, before you ask.
 
I just cleaned out my history and then I noticed it. Not sure if
cleaning out the history helped or not
