No; or at least nothing like that was ever mentioned.

And Daniel wasn't Maggie's egg baby - until he was. Just because it hasn't been mentioned, doesn't mean anything.

And now today we find out the "maybe baby" died from pneumonia as a baby. Lordy, I hope that baby is not like so many other Salemites that just keep coming back from the dead!
