I'm just not liking that Ava was on the way to becoming a semi not hateable human being and then Rafe and Nicole had to screw that up by hooking up. Awfully funny that Rafe, of all of people, threw that in Nicole's face about her and Eric, maybe hooking up on the Basic Black conference table (which they didn't). Hello Rafe that's what YOU and Nicole did when you were going out with Ava, causing her to tailspin out back to a life of crime.

A good snake of a lawyer would sue Rafe as being culpable in Susan's death because he was largely to blame for Ava turning back to her evil roots. Seems like something the writers would do. Have EJ bring a case against Rafe for indirectly causing that. I just love that the men on this show seem to often not have to accept ANY ounce of accountability for THEIR actions. ALL of the blame seems to be put on the women. Anyone ever notice that?
