Nope. Victor was kidnapped in 2003 by the Salem Stalker and held captive for almost 2 years with 10 other people.

Ben took Thomas (when he was still named Colin) after he set the cabin on fire with Chad and Abby in it. They found him in a motel where Ben left him while he went to get supplies for the baby but Lani and JJ arrested him before he could get back. I can't remember if it was JJ or Chad who found him and took him back to Abby.
