I've seen cropped tops with high-waisted pants on younger women, but that shirt was beyond cropped.

Gabi's girls pop out of the top of her blouse and Jada's hang out of the bottom! It looks like she forgot the bottom half of her shirt.

I'm sure my clients will love it.
LOL, at my age I would scare the entire office away with that top, not to mention I could dust my desk with the girls!
