Hey, for all we know, the transplant is done IN the woods. Oh wait, that would've only happened if St. Daniel was still alive.

This would make for quite a sight. The Love Doctor, armed with a pen knife and duct tape, carries out the transplant in some leafy glade on Smith Island ably assisted by the Horton Cabin Raccoon Team and the Forest Preserve Bear. After surgery, Julie rests on some comfy pine needles for a few minutes before regaining her strength and then sprinting down to the ferry dock to catch the last ride of the day back to Salem. While Julie returns to Salem where she is warmly welcomed by everyone but Gabi, Dr. DanTan rewards himself for yet another surgical miracle by trysting with the hottie of the moment (who's wearing a fetching hospital gown) at the Horton cabin.

That's not exactly what happened. The crazy Warden Jane and her flunky, Lee, knocked out Jennifer and removed her heart. It was going to be given to Dr. Ben Walters who was running a black market organ ring. Jennifer was left on machines to keep her alive (because Jane and Lee fled the prison before disconnecting them). Long story, but when it was discovered Ben was given Jennifer's heart, Daniel managed to take the transport cooler, with Jennifer's heart inside, back to the prison and re-insert it. (somehow, Melanie had gotten there before Daniel and assisted him)

Huh, I could have sworn Dr. DanTan kept Jen alive in ludicrous fashion after she lost her heart and it involved a can or something like it. Oh well, I stand corrected.

Nope; she was on a life support machine at the prison and Daniel brought her heart back and re-inserted it with Melanie's assistance.

Maybe you're thinking of when he removed her appendix in the Horton cabin with Nicole assisting.

Yeah.....a paring knife, a couple towels, wasn't Nicole assisting? And yet, no scars for Jen at all, like Brady, who seemingly has none from his heart transplant.

Awww, c'mon Barb, we know he really used an old can opener, a plastic spork, ball of twine, Alice's old knitting needles and a roll of duct tape.
