Foster families care wonderfully for any babies/children they are asked to take. And yes, all this finger pointing would have a judge make sure the baby was not subject to the mayhem that erupts when Sami is around. She even began her session by lying to the judge. The judge asked where her lawyer was, Sami claimed family emergency, sick father. When the judge asked why not a postponement request then, Sami claimed the other side refused ......Justin broke in saying not true, your honor, so then Sami said she is representing herself. She kept speaking out of turn, etc. , the judge admonishing her.....but that doesn't ever deter Sami, Wish the judge would have slapped that contempt of court on her for sure.

True, but this is a soap. Heck, the judge might've asked someone like Belle to take temporary custody. Like when Nicole and Chloe were battling over Holly and she was placed with Maggie temporarily.

at this point his this horrible horrible dreadful story.... I'm not sure I care.... I was a fan of Ben and Ciara at their beginning, it was nice with the right amount of angst. This storyline has nothing going for it.
