Egads! So I have read a couple of articles from soap mag about all this. Ben actually takes Ciara to Paige's old dorm room, where it starts coming back to him about killing Paige. He is getting these feelings about killing Ciara, but pushes her in the bathroom, tells her to lock the door. But later, whatever has been done to him, he smashes in the door. I think it is Hope who finds him (Eve has been arrested and told where they were) but Ciara is nowhere to be found, he has no memory of what he did or did not do.

And Sami, Eric & Nicole end up in court. Belle has learned about Sami fighting with John, causing him to collapse, quits as Sami's lawyer, so she reps herself. And of course, brings up all the past dirt on Nicole, including her killing Deimos....has no proof, so says Eric knows & can testify. He covers for Nicole on the stand (remember everyone, including Nicole were drugged by Deimos at his party) The judge calls a recess to ponder over it all......(the letter was brought into the judge, too).

Also, Eduardo shows up, evidently managed to get out of prison, then got mixed up with a bad bunch, who now have threatened to kill his family. Thus he urges both Rafe & Gabi to get out of Dodge with him, they do.

Wonder if this means Will & Sonny can take Ari to AZ with them????
 
Yes, the aneurysm probably has been there for some time. But the rupture definitely could be caused by stress.

High blood pressure is the leading cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Heavy lifting or straining can cause pressure to rise in the brain and may lead to an aneurysm rupture. Strong emotions, such as being upset or angry, can raise blood pressure and can subsequently cause aneurysms to rupture.
