SPOILER !! Week Apr 8

Poirot, I saw the spoiler about Claire crashing the wedding but I can't help hoping Melinda will prove herself to be human. I thought for sure she was going to spill the beans when she was at the loft but Haley shut her down. It wouldn't be a wedding without some kind of drama, would it?
 
From the pictures it looks like the ICE agent may be the surprise wedding crasher.

Quick question, if they think the neighbor is the one that told ICE/Jack and Eve about Haley. Why are they talking in the hall?
