Another baby born outside of a hospital. I guess Sarah had her baby shower gifts in the car. Or Xander wears cute spotted undergarments.

Since Sarah was at home when she went into labor, and Adrienne drove her to the hospital, Sarah may have had a "hospital bag" packed ahead of time, with a couple receiving blankets inside.

For some time, JS and I (and possibly others) have thought Summer was at fault. As others have said, I can't believe the writers would have Maggie be responsible. To me, that is the only reason for Summer to show up in Salem.
