Not that I think pairing Johnny with Ava is a good idea, but Days had no problem with an already old Victor paired with several younger women. and this age gap doesn’t seem that different to me. Just sayin'.
Not sure how it works, but I think many people of many ages are confused about their own sexuality. So the story of Allie and Chanel being conflicted and confused is more believable taking time than so many of the other stories. In my humble opinion...
@LisaK in AZ , I also was wondering if that was a wig on Nancy, especially those first few days after her arrival. It looked like curled wool, or some such thing to me. Very odd seeing as they have hair stylists on the Days set who I'm thinking could have done a much better job. With a wig...
What a pleasant surprise. I think the storyline with Craig Wesley's being possibly bi is something new and different. And an issue that probably many people got through . Also, having TR come to Salem is something that I find interesting in that they are visiting another social issue, abuse.
Thanks for the recap Robinsnest. Apparently they did an update at our Cable co. and made it so our dvr didn't work and record Days. Had to call the cable co just to get our tv working at all.
I must admit, when Johnny indicated he wasn't feeling well, I thought perhaps Days was finally going to acknowledge the Covid pandemic. But then when he dressed up like a comic book devil, I started to wonder if Marvel comics had been in on the writing of this soap.:confused:
I keep thinking that Philip is going to start expanding and turn green. Are they going to add comic book characters now that they have the devil on contract?
I have noticed on a few shows we watch, Virgin River for one, that they have characters who supposedly have to go take care of something or someone , out of town and then just FaceTime them in every once in awhile. I think Days actually has used that 'trick' with Laura in Chicago .
